# Topology

SAMURAI Networks infers the network topology from CDP/LLDP neighbors, MAC/ARP attachment, routing and the ACI fabric. Every link carries its discovery method and a confidence score, adjustable with a confidence slider and per-method toggles, and each edge exposes the evidence it was inferred from. A hierarchical tiered view arranges devices by network role; clicking a node opens a detail sheet with its connections grouped by type. (The ACI capacity heatmap lives on the APIC device panel.)
